COMM 219 - Innovation Management
This course introduces students to the concepts and processes of innovation within and across organizations. It covers key topics essential for fostering and managing innovation, including understanding and analyzing innovation, identifying innovation opportunities, developing innovation strategies, selecting appropriate innovation projects, and implementing innovation to capture value. Students will also learn and apply tools and techniques to develop and evaluate innovative solutions for addressing complex problems and opportunities in today’s dynamic and competitive environment.
